This is a houseboat used as a dwelling that is moored along the canal. I’m not entirely sure if I would feel comfortable living here. Some people think it’s cool.

Just outside Kidapawan City centre, lies this area of land for sale, which is probably a good long term investment for property development. I think that this place is really nice as it’s not very close to the main road. Building a house here would be superb as the scenery looks excellent as well. I would be very happy if I had the chance to live in the countryside like this, where it’s peaceful and quiet.

We saw this house while we were in Newport, Road Island. Amazingly this is one of the mansions that are referred to as “summer cottages” because they were built by the owners as summer retreats. Some of the mansions are open to the public.

It looks like these houses are being built by a property developer or perhaps an independent land owner at this area near Apo Sandawa in Kidapawan. I wonder how much it cost to own a piece of land here as it looks like a nice place. I hope Kidapawan will have more properties for sale on line.
Philippine Property Sites
Thursday, May 31st, 2007I have been looking for some property in the Philippines, particularly in Mindanao, and I found the Island Properties website which I frequently visit. It has loads of photographs that show the different house designs that would appeal to people who are looking for a pleasant location for a new house or an investment.
Another website that I often visit is the Davao Realtor. I find it interesting to look at the different pictures taken inside and outside the property as they are taken in such a way to provide more information to potential buyers.
I like the Point 2 Homes website , which makes it easy to find houses in various parts of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, and Cavite. It has photographs of the houses that can be enlarged for a clearer view which is nice.
I went to the Sun Trust website ages ago and I noticed that some of the properties that I had seen before are still the same. I hope that the owner of the website will upgrade it soon.
