Have you seen this sort of lizard before? My brother found this beautiful young animal near home. I heard that when this gliding lizard gets older; wing-like flaps of skin will start to grow from its abdomen. It's so peculiar
This might be a Draco Volans; a Philippine flying dragon but I'm not sure as I cannot find a picture that exactly matches it. 
The mixture of colours of its skin is fascinating.
i don't know if you found out how erroneous this post is, and i also don't know if you posted it with the given description just to see if there will appear a wiseguy marking how wrong it is, then you got me and it's only my bad.
i don't want to dissapoint neither you, nor your brother, but this really isn't the flying dragon lizard. and it is not true the wings will start to grow with age either, even the youngest hatchlings have working wings, and no matter wat, the folded wings are allwyas visible.
