This is an example of the beautiful scenery in the Kalasuyan countryside. It looks like the farmer decided to leave one of the sections of the field fallow or maybe he will grow another crop. It is certainly too dry to plant rice at the moment. It’s not really surprising that during the summer months some parts of Mindanao farmers experience minor drought; unless there’s an irrigation system provided by the community of Kalasuyan, a barangay of Kidapawan.
